HOW WE GOT HERE

I’m an Executive Producer and Creator based out of NYC (by way of Redding, CT and the Metro North Railroad.) I’m lucky enough to make things for a living and I believe every project deserves a thoughtful, creative partnership.

I’ve produced advertising content and events for the biggest agencies and brands in the world on almost every continent.  I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some of the greatest talents in the advertising and filmmaking industries. I’ve learned a lot along the way.

In the last few years, I’ve transitioned to working with smaller brands and businesses. So many of my brilliant friends and neighbors were spending tons of money on social media consultants who were never going to move the needle for their business. Turns out people don’t find their dentist on Instagram. Social media is great at making us feel like we don’t know what we’re  doing. That’s true for businesses as well. All of the sudden you’re supposed to be an amazing yoga instructor AND an amazing content creator in order to keep up.

I found that armed with a few conversations, a sturdy background in advertising basics, and healthy dose of common sense,  I could give small business owners all the tools they needed to make measurable improvements to revenue. Sometimes that looks like social media but sometimes it looks more like a better CRM or a free ice cream cone given  to anyone dressed in the sports uniform of the a little league team on Saturdays. Sometimes it looks like a casino night fundraiser or some really smart, useful, conversation-starting branded products.

Helping real people build their businesses has been the most rewarding part of the journey.

When I’m not making things for work, I am making things for fun, volunteering with youth sports, leadership and theater programs, and like many parents, just trying to keep up with it all.
